Welcome to In 2 Life Fitness

While Covid-19 restrictions have our Studio closed, we are still here for you with our live Virtual training - available for both groups and personal training.  Train under the supervision of our trainers in real time, and work alongside your fitness family via Zoom sessions.  We are also including lots of mental health support and fun activities for our clients to get through these stressful times.

In 2 Life Fitness is a Personal Training and Group PT Fitness Studio run by Carolyn McMillan, a local mum in Point Cook. She and her trainers take pride in offering personalised programs, to meet your requirements and reach your goals. Our programs incorporate training styles to burn fat and lose weight as well as tone up and maintain your weight loss over a longer period of time. All trainers
take pride in understanding what people need in their training program.  As a mother, Carolyn understands your body's needs as you get older, and aims to ensure that you are able to work on your health and nutrition now to enable you to live a longer and more fulfilling life. Our trainers work with clients from 18+ with specifically designed programs for each individual, based on age, goals, limitations and ability.

We offer a fitness and training choice where there is no need for expensive gym memberships, and we can accommodate children at all training sessions.
The key to achieving results is knowing what your goals are so that you have something to aim for, your dedication to training, being committed to your workouts and watching your nutrition.

Semi Private Personal Training is available along with our Premium 1:1 Personal Training option.  Group PT Fitness sessions and our 6 or 8 Week Transformation Programs throughout the year help you with exercise, nutrition and mindset.
